Returns Policy

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase please return the item to us for a full purchase price refund or exchange within 7 days. Any shortages or discrepancies must be advised immediately upon receipt of your parcel to 01934 627953.

Purchases that have been cut, specially prepared or specially ordered to your requirements may not be returned unless faulty.

We Refund or Exchange to the original payment method on any item that is returned in a resalable condition.

Please note that owing to copyright infringement laws any software items ie CD's, DVD's and machine cartridges cannot be refunded if the packaging has been opened, unless faulty.

The cost of returning an item to us is your responsibility we will only refund the cost of delivery if it was our mistake or if the goods are damaged.

A returns note is included in all deliveries please complete the form in full and return with your item.

Refunds and exchanges can take up to 10 days to process from date of receipt, the returning item is your responsibility until it reaches us, we are not liable for lost items in transit.
